At Living Stones, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality engraved stones available. Upon shipping, we ensure that all items are checked for quality and craftsmanship. In the event that an item does not meet your expectations, we ask that you contact us and we will be glad to help.

Shipping Information

In-stock items usually ship within a few days once an order has been placed. For custom made stones, the order will usually be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. We ship via UPS.

When you place your order through our secure website, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. Should an item take longer than the usual delivery time, we will notify you.

Returns and Exchanges

At Living Stones, your satisfaction is what we strive for; should you have any questions about refunds or exchanges, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase, so that we might direct you in what steps to take.

We can exchange your purchase or refund your credit card, minus the original shipping fees. Returned items must be received in original packaging and optimal condition. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted on sale or retired items. For questions on returns, please email us.
